Our lead plans deliver real-time tax sale and mortgage foreclosure surplus funds leads inside the Surplus Fortune member system, with skip tracing and DNC tagging built in on Gold and above. This protocol explains what each plan includes and how a lead moves from the auction to your pipeline.

How it works
- Sign up. Choose a plan on the Lead Generation page. Your member account is created and the plan appears under Subscriptions.
- Open your access panel. Log in, go to Subscriptions and open your plan to reach your leads, pipeline and analytics.
- Receive leads. New tax sale and mortgage foreclosure leads arrive in real time, updated daily from the auctions and delivered within hours of the sale. Each lead carries the details needed to work the claim.
- Work the pipeline. Save leads, move them through your pipeline stages and track notes, contracts sent and signed, deals closed and payouts in analytics.
- Call with confidence. On Gold and above, leads are skip traced and tagged for DNC so your team knows which numbers are safe to dial.
- Export or send onward. Export without limits for manual calling. Platinum and above can also export in CRM format. Supporting docs are available on request.
- Business Setup only. A dedicated cold caller works your leads for 60 hours a month and passes live transfers to you, and you can read the caller’s notes. We also set up your website.

Support, compliance and data handling
- Support: email and phone on Gold, email and live phone on Platinum, email, phone and live support on Business Setup.
- DNC: skip traced numbers are tagged so DNC numbers can be filtered out before dialing. Calling a DNC number is the member’s decision and responsibility.
- Data: lead data is shared only with the member’s own team. Member logins are personal and not shared outside the team size on the plan.
- Changes: members can upgrade or change plan from the Subscriptions page. The old plan is cancelled automatically when the new one is paid.
Not included
- Skip tracing on the plans without it. Skip tracing and DNC tagging start at Gold.
- Mortgage foreclosure leads on Gold, which covers tax foreclosure leads only.
- Legal advice or claim filing. Leads are data, and results depend on how each member works them.
- A guaranteed number of closed deals.
