Refund Policy

Summary: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once your subscription account is activated and access to the Platform is granted. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you will have immediate access to the data and tools, and you expressly waive any right to a refund.

1. Delivery & Inspection

1.1 Delivery

Upon successful payment processing and account creation, the Client is granted immediate access to the Platform, including all leads, features, tools, and Data available under their Subscription tier. Delivery is deemed complete at the moment the Client’s account is activated and login credentials are issued. No physical or email-based delivery is required.

1.2 CSV Export

The Platform permits Clients to export Data in CSV format for their own Permitted Purpose. Exported Data remains subject to all restrictions outlined in Section 3 of the Terms of Use. Use of the export functionality constitutes additional delivery of Data and further confirms the Client’s acceptance of the Data.

1.3 Acceptance

By logging into the Platform, accessing any Data, or exporting any Data, the Client acknowledges receipt and acceptance of the Data. No inspection period applies, as Data is continuously available through the Platform during the Subscription term.

2. No Refund Policy

Because access to the Platform and its proprietary Data is granted immediately upon account activation, and the Client can view, use, and export Data from that moment, all sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, pro-rated credits, or account credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with data quality, quantity, or coverage;
  • Failure to use the Platform or any of its features;
  • Cancellation of a Subscription mid-term;
  • Change of business plans, personal circumstances, or market conditions;
  • Any other reason not expressly covered herein.

3. Disputed Transactions

If you believe there has been an error in billing, you must contact us immediately at contact@surplusfortune.com prior to initiating any dispute with your financial institution. We reserve the right to investigate and resolve such disputes before any chargeback is filed.

4. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Surplus Fortune to resolve the issue constitutes a breach of these Terms. Surplus Fortune reserves the right to contest any and all chargebacks with evidence including, but not limited to, records of account activation, login activity, Data access logs, and CSV export records. 
Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may result in immediate account termination, referral to a collections agency, and pursuit of all available legal remedies.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation of a Subscription stops future billing cycles but does not entitle the Client to any refund, pro-rated credit, or account credit for the current or any prior billing period. Upon cancellation, the Client retains access to the Platform through the end of the current paid Subscription period, after which access will be terminated.
