What details do I need to send for each lead?

Mailing address, auctioned address, owner name, sale date, county, parcel address and case number. The more complete each row is, the better the match.

How fast will I get my results?

Turnaround is daily: about 4 to 5 hours on Essential, 5 to 6 hours on Gold and 6 to 8 hours on Platinum.

Is DNC scrubbing included?

DNC scrubbing is an add-on for any skip tracing plan. Our Gold, Platinum and Business Setup lead plans already include skip tracing with DNC tagging.

Do I have to buy leads from you?
